Maria Wardoku is a graduate student at the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs in the Masters of Urban and Regional Planning program. Maria currently serves on the boards of the Northeast Minneapolis Tool Library and the Minneapolis Bicycle Coalition, helping to raise funds, oversee finances, and guide organizational growth.  Additionally, she works as a development associate for the BlueGreen Alliance, where she has written grants and managed the development database since 2013. Prior to that, Maria participated in a year of service through Lutheran Volunteer Corps, volunteering at a food shelf. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from Saint Olaf College in political science and Asian studies.
