In 2020, RCP teamed up with the Metropolitan Council to offer research and technical assistance to Twin Cities metro area communities in support of projects the enhanced community resilience and implemented one or more elements of a locally adopted comprehensive plan. The four projects supported under this collaboration are described below.

Identifying Transit Needs in Carver County ( PDF)
Project Goal: To determine the current unmet transit needs and demands and to predict transit needs of the future based on the growth, demographic shifts and commuting changes faced by the County.

Enhancing Woodbury's Urban Tree Canopy ( PDF)
