Previous RCP Partners

Below is a list of communities that have previously participated in large-scale partnerships (15 projects or more over the course of 12–18 months) with the Resilient Communities Project. 2018-2019: Ramsey County

Ramsey County partnered with RCP on 14 projects to advance and align the county's strategic priorities and goals of well-being, prosperity, opportunity, and accountability.

2018-2019: Scott County

Scott County partnered with RCP on 14 projects designed to consider the challenges and opportunities presented by rapid growth, and to implement the County's long-range 2040 comprehensive plan.

2017-2018: City of Ramsey

The City of Ramsey partnered with RCP on 21 projects to further the city’s strategic planning priorities, which include financial stability, a connected community, smart citizen-focused government, and an efficient organization.

2016-2017: Brooklyn Park

Brooklyn Park partnered with RCP on 24 projects to further the city’s strategic planning priorities, which include financial sustainability, focused redevelopment and development, community image, adapting to changing demographics, public safety and strong neighborhoods.

2015-2016: Carver County

Carver County, the Carver County Community Development Agency, SouthWest Transit, Eastern Carver County School District (ISD 112), the Carver County Historical Society, and the Cities of Victoria, Chaska, and Watertown partnered with RCP on 29 projects to advance community sustainability, equity, and resilience.

2014-2015: Rosemount

Rosemount partnered with RCP on 29 projects designed to address the challenges facing this rapidly growing outer-ring suburb, and advance the community’s strategic goals and resilience.

2013-2014: North St. Paul

North St. Paul partnered with RCP on 16 projects intended to address the challenges of a fully-developed first-ring suburb, and explore opportunities to increase community livability through rebranding, redevelopment, and rethinking the role of local government in advancing sustainability and resilience.

2012-2013: Minnetonka 

Minnetonka partnered with RCP on 14 projects focused on building community resilience in response to a range of stresses and changes, including an aging population, growing traffic congestion, threats to water quality, redevelopment opportunities, and the prospect of a new light-rail line.
