Highway 10: A Community and Regional Focal Point (U.S. Highway 10 Corridor Plan)

Assist with ongoing development of the City's U.S. Highway 10 Corridor Plan by assessing potential future land uses in the corridor, investigating incentive-based approaches to encourage building and site improvements, and identifying existing and emerging models for multimodal highway corridor planning.
