In anticipation of new Metropolitan Council requirements that all Twin City metro-area municipalities include a Natural Systems chapter in their 2050 comprehensive plans, Hennepin County established the Natural Resources Partnership Coalition (NRPC) to help cities in Hennepin County meet these requirements.
