Create a better understanding of what a culturally responsive family model of care looks like using academic literature/research and direct community feedback; identify community groups and organizations that serve underrepresented populations; design and conduct listening sessions or facilitated conversations with representative of these groups; recommend strategies to increase access to county services.

Engage a broad and diverse range of county residents to support a community-led initiative around healthy eating and physical activity. Project Brief
